We’re a husband-and-wife team who both studied photography. Since opening Babypink in 2011, we’ve had the privilege of photographing more than 5,000 babies and meeting the families who love them.
Jin guides your session, helps you choose themes and outfits, and makes little ones feel welcome. Jewon brings an artist’s eye to the camera, capturing the expressions that make your child uniquely yours.
Our home studio is warm, personal and by appointment. We want your session to feel like a happy outing, with photographs you’ll treasure long after your children have grown.

We’re always happy to help.
How should we prepare for a newborn session?
If possible, plan your visit around a time when your baby is usually ready for a deep sleep. A sleepy, well-fed baby allows us to gently try a wider variety of poses. Please bring enough milk for a full feeding, along with anything else your baby may need during the session. You’re also welcome to bring a meaningful keepsake you’d love to include in the photographs—such as your wedding rings, an ultrasound photo or your baby’s first special toy.
How should we prepare for a baby session?
We provide baby outfits, accessories, props and backgrounds for your selected themes. Please schedule your session for a time when your baby has had a good feed and sleep, so they arrive well-rested, full and happy. A favourite small toy or a few familiar snacks can also help your little one feel comfortable and relaxed in the studio.
How should we prepare for a kids’ session (ages 4+)?
Our studio wardrobe is designed for babies and children under 4. For children ages 4 and up, please bring the outfits and hair accessories you’d like them to wear for their session.
How should we prepare for a family session?
Please bring your own outfits for family portraits. We recommend coordinating colours rather than dressing everyone exactly alike. Choose soft, harmonious tones that feel natural together and will still look beautiful years from now. Try to avoid large logos and busy patterns. Simple combinations such as jeans with white shirts or casual outfits in soft beige and neutral tones photograph beautifully. If you’re planning a more formal look, please remember to bring coordinating shoes as well.
When should we choose our backgrounds?
We’ll send the available options after booking. Please share your selections at least 3 days before your photoshoot. Some gallery photographs were taken in our former Markham studio; current walls, floors and available setups may differ.
Can siblings join a baby session, or can grandparents join a family session?
Yes. A sibling session can be added to your baby session for $50; it is a single pose and includes 5–10 digital images. Grandparents are welcome to join your family photo. Additional family members are $50 each.
How do we reserve a session?
Contact us first to agree on a date and time. We’ll request your phone number and your baby’s name and age, then share the $50 deposit instructions. Your reservation is confirmed after we receive the deposit.
Do you take baby passport and ID photographs?
Yes, by appointment. Please contact us with the type of photograph you need. Dark-coloured clothing is recommended. Photos are usually ready in 2–3 hours; a 30-minute express service is available for an additional $10. Let us know your baby’s age and any deadline when booking.
What if my baby isn’t feeling well on the day of the session?
Your baby’s comfort comes first. If your little one is feeling unwell or simply having a particularly difficult day, please contact us. We’ll be happy to reschedule your session for another day when they’re feeling more like themselves.
